Unkink the drain hose

Step by step

   Slide the washer out

   Pull the machine forward just enough to see the hose at the back.

   Straighten the hose

   Look for a sharp bend, a crush from the wall, or the hose sitting in a U-shape below the standpipe.

   Raise the outlet

   The hose should enter the standpipe between 60 and 90 cm high. Clip it so it cannot slip down.

   Run a drain cycle

   If water now leaves the drum, you are done. If not, try cleaning the pump filter next.
